Los camarones poseen un antioxidante llamado astaxantina (los camarones los obtienen de una alga que consumen y es el responsable del color rojizo de los camarones).\u00a0 El astaxantina est\u00e1 asociado a: la reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s oxidativo [1] y la reducci\u00f3n de la inflamaci\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica [1] [2], entre otros beneficios.\u00a0 Ambas funciones son claves para ayudar al cuerpo a recuperarse del c\u00e1ncer.\u00a0 La alimentaci\u00f3n es fundamental durante el tratamiento contra el c\u00e1ncer: antes de iniciar tratamiento, durante y despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.\u00a0 El objetivo de la alimentaci\u00f3n en pacientes con c\u00e1ncer debe ser eliminar el az\u00facar (el c\u00e1ncer se alimento de la az\u00facar en la sangre) e incrementar la cantidad de antioxidantes.\u00a0 Esta receta rica en antioxidantes es un ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>2 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/h6>\n<p>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen<\/p>\n<p>Camarones sin cabeza, pelados y sin la venita<\/p>\n<p>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Salsa marinara<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen<\/p>\n<p>2 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n<p>1 frasco de passata<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd zanahoria rayada<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cucharadita de oregano seco<\/p>\n<p>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Procedimiento para esta receta rica en antioxidantes<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Calienta el aceite de oliva en un sart\u00e9n a fuego medio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>A\u00f1ade los ajos.
