{"id":3633,"date":"2021-05-17T08:00:57","date_gmt":"2021-05-17T08:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cirugiaginecologica.net\/?p=3633"},"modified":"2021-04-01T16:06:04","modified_gmt":"2021-04-01T16:06:04","slug":"receta-rica-en-omega-3-y-antioxidantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cirugiaginecologica.net\/?p=3633","title":{"rendered":"Pastel de tomate cherry con ricota al horno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aprovechando que hemos estado hablando de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cirugiaginecologica.net\/la-endometriosis-y-la-alimentacion\/\">endometriosis<\/a> este mes, te comparto una receta rica en Omega-3 y antioxidantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Omega-3 tiene propiedades anti-inflamatorias y un estudio hecho sobre c\u00e9lulas estromales revel\u00f3 que el Omega-3 tiene un efecto inhibitorio en la secreci\u00f3n de mediadores de inflamaci\u00f3n, lo que sugiere que este tiene un beneficio potencial en el tratamiento de dolor p\u00e9lvico en pacientes que sufren de endometriosis [1]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de estudios realizados para clarificar el rol del estr\u00e9s oxidativo, se valid\u00f3 la relaci\u00f3n entre \u00e9ste y el desarrollo y la progresi\u00f3n de endometriosis.\u00a0 Esta observaci\u00f3n abre la puerta a la evaluaci\u00f3n de formas terap\u00e9uticas para tratar el desbalance oxidativo [2].\u00a0\u00a0 Los antioxidantes son claves en esta funci\u00f3n.\u00a0 Mientras que la ciencia avanza en este respecto, te recomiendo procurar adicionar a tu alimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s antioxidantes presentes en los vegetales y frutas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a otro estudio realizado en c\u00e9lulas en cultivo, el pigmento rojo del tomate, llamado licopeno, inhibe las prote\u00ednas que est\u00e1n conectadas con la formaci\u00f3n anormal de parches de tejido, llamados adhesiones.\u00a0 Estas son t\u00edpicas de la endometriosis [3].\u00a0 El licopeno es un carotenoide con efectos antioxidantes y antiinflamatorios.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Ingredientes (rinde para dos personas)<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Para el queso ricota<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de queso ricota<\/li>\n<li>Ralladura de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de tomillo<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el pastel<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de tomate cherry cortado en mitades<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de queso parmesano rallado<\/li>\n<li>3 o 4 huevos<\/li>\n<li>100 ml de crema de leche<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Procedimiento para esta receta rica en Omega-3 y antioxidantes<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Para el ricota<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezcla el tomillo y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n con el ricota. Salpimienta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Para el pastel de tomate cherry<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Precalienta el horno a 180 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Bate los huevosjunto con la crema de leche y el queso parmesano. Salpimenta y mezcla bien.<\/li>\n<li>Agrega los tomates cherry a los huevos batidos<\/li>\n<li>Pon todo en un sart\u00e9n de hierro (debe estar bien engrasado con aceite de oliva)<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9telo al\u00a0horno.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando se dore la superficie estar\u00e1 listo.
