{"id":3262,"date":"2021-02-10T09:00:25","date_gmt":"2021-02-10T09:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cirugiaginecologica.net\/?p=3262"},"modified":"2021-02-10T14:23:08","modified_gmt":"2021-02-10T14:23:08","slug":"pudding-de-chia-con-mouse-de-frambuesa-receta-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cirugiaginecologica.net\/?p=3262","title":{"rendered":"Pudding de ch\u00eda con mousse de moras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Para hoy, en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cirugiaginecologica.net\/blog-de-cocina-de-julio-godoy-byerly\/\">Bon Profit<\/a>, te tengo una receta saludable para la hora del postre.\u00a0 Las moras, frambuesas y fresas aportan grandes cantidades de antioxidantes.\u00a0 Estas frutas mejoran la hiperglicemia (cantidad excesiva de glucosa en la sangre) y la hiperinsulemia (fabricaci\u00f3n excesiva de insulina) a personas que sufren de sobrepeso u obesidad con resistencia a la insulina y adultos con s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico*, seg\u00fan un estudio realizado por la Universidad de Las Vegas Nevada (Calvano, et al, 2019).\u00a0 Seg\u00fan Cl\u00ednica Mayo, el s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico es \u00abun grupo de trastornos que se presentan al mismo tiempo y aumentan el riesgo de enfermedad card\u00edaca, accidente cerebrovascular y diabetes tipo 2.
